  1. National Night Out –seeking volunteers to help with planning.  Susan Patty will be representative from the board.  (She just (June 12) found out she will not be in attendance or available the day of the NNO, so requests someone else to take her place, but will help with all the planning and work.)
  2. Kali Kate noise problem:  The neighbors who border Kali Kate events center continue to complain about evening noise levels from the speakers at parties. Clover will write a letter to the manager;   There seems to be pockets of noise.  (meeting will take place Tuesday July 24)
  3. Yearly dues—3 of the 36 outstanding have paid.
  4. Resident’s survey—RA will look at the comments and tally requests.  About 10 surveys had been turned in by June 2.
  5.  ACC   The committee received complaints about trailers parked in driveways, and on property.  Direct violation of ACC rules and covenants will be sent a letter.
  6. Legal issues—taxes in the neighborhood increased about 25-30%  Susan will ask local realtors if the assessments accurately reflect prices of recent sales in the area.
  7. Water Board—money is in line waiting for the final go ahead of the purchase of the well.  As soon as the well is purchased, on local boy will organize an Eagle project to clean up and beautify the area, provided there is not work required on the well first.
  8. Beautification—Mariah Nelson indicated that a street light was scheduled to be put up at Mourning Dove and Oak Grove intersection.  Oak Forest will pay for the cost of electricity for the lighting.
  9. Newsletter—Margie Laughlin published it.  Good looking letter with good information.  She requested reimbursement for the cost.
  10.  Certified letter will be sent to lot with barbed wire fence.  ACC rules do not allow such a fence.
  11. Website—Susan and Clover will send items to be posted on the website to Kathy Lossau, webmaster.
  12. Dog on Woodland Oaks is a little too aggressive, and not kept on leash.  A couple of complaints about this dog were registered to members of the board.  Clover will send a letter to the owner.
